- The stainless steel kitchen sink features 3mm thick rubber dampening pads and stone guard undercoating to reduce vibration and noise, making it easy to install and resistant to dents and scratches.
- The apron front kitchen sink features a gunmetal matte black NANO brushed finish that repels water like a lotus leaf, leaving no water traces behind. It is easy to clean, resistant to freezing heat and water seepage and can withstand temperatures up to 1000°C without fading.
- The gunmetal black kitchen sink with double basin design allows for more functional zoning, with one bowl for brushing pots and washing rags, and the other for washing dishes, vegetables, and fruits.
- The bottom of the handmade double bowl 60/40 kitchen sink is slightly inclined to prevent water from remaining in the bowl, while the X-slot design allows for easy drainage.

Return Eligibility
All products are eligible for return within 3 months of delivery, provided they remain unused and uninstalled.
- Unopened, unused items are eligible for return.
- Items opened for inspection only are eligible, provided they have not been installed or used.
- Installed or used items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our support team so we can review the issue separately.
How to Request a Return

- Your order number.
- The reason for your return.
- The item's current condition.
- Photos showing any damage or product issue, if applicable.
Please contact us before sending your item back. We will review your request and provide the appropriate return instructions.
Warehouse map locations are not return instructions.

before shipping your item.
Return Shipping Costs
Change-of-mind returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including returns due to ordering the wrong size or changing their preference.

1-Year Warranty
Our products come with a 1-year warranty. If you experience a product issue, contact support@lordear.com for assistance.
Include your order number, product model, a description of the issue, and clear photos or a video where helpful. Our team will review your claim under the applicable warranty terms.
The warranty is separate from our 3-month return policy. It does not extend the change-of-mind return period.
