Lordear Limited Lifetime Warranty

Overview Lordear provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty for all sinks and tubs, a 5-year limited warranty for faucets, and a 1-year limited warranty for all accompanying accessories. Warranty coverage takes effect from the date of original retail purchase and applies exclusively to indoor residential applications, unless the product is officially designed and confirmed for outdoor use.

Delivery Inspection & Claim Deadline Customers are required to inspect all products immediately upon delivery. Any missing components, shipping shortages, or transit damage must be reported to Lordear within 30 calendar days after delivery. Warranty claims regarding damaged or missing items submitted beyond the 30-day valid notification period will not be accepted.

Warranty Coverage Terms Lordear guarantees free repair or replacement for products that present verified defects in materials or workmanship within the valid warranty period, subject to the following enforceable terms:

  • All warranty claims must be accompanied by valid, dated proof of purchase to confirm purchase date and authorized sales channel.
  • This warranty only applies to the original end-user purchaser and is non-transferable and non-assignable.
  • Warranty coverage does not include labor fees, installation service fees, or on-site service costs.
  • Lordear covers standard ground shipping fees for warranty repairs and replacements within the 48 contiguous United States. All shipping costs to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, Canada, and other international regions are the customer’s sole responsibility and are not covered by this warranty.
  • This warranty is only valid for standard indoor residential installation scenarios.
  • Lordear reserves the right to inspect the defective product and verify installation conditions before approving any repair or replacement service.
  • If the identical replacement model is discontinued or unavailable, Lordear reserves the right to replace the defective product with a new product of equivalent function, grade, and practical performance.

Important Exclusion Note Accessories including rinse grids, cutting boards, drain strainers, and other auxiliary parts are not covered by the Limited Lifetime Warranty and only enjoy the basic 1-year accessory warranty.

Non-Covered Conditions This warranty exclusively covers manufacturing, material, and workmanship defects of Lordear sinks and faucets under normal residential use. It does not apply to the following situations:

  • Damage caused by failure to follow official Lordear product care, cleaning, and maintenance instructions.
  • Artificial physical damage, including cracks, dents, impact damage, scratch damage, and damage caused by improper shipping, handling, or collision.
  • Natural wear and tear generated during daily use, including gradual surface dulling, staining, minor scratches, and aging changes caused by water quality, cleaning habits, and environmental factors, which do not belong to manufacturing defects.
  • Product defects or damage caused by incorrect installation, irregular use, man-made abuse, or overloaded use.
  • Products that have been privately altered, modified, disassembled, or repaired by unauthorized personnel.
  • Defects and damage of accessories, strainers, rinse grids, and other auxiliary components.
  • Discontinued products, refurbished products, clearance items, and display samples.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers, parallel imports, or informal sales channels.
  • All incidental losses, indirect losses, and consequential damages are explicitly excluded. No other express or implied warranties are provided beyond the contents stated in this policy, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for residential use.

Legal Rights Statement Certain U.S. states do not allow restrictions on the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages or limitations on the term of implied warranties. Therefore, part of the above restriction clauses may not apply to individual customers. This warranty grants you specific legal rights, and you may also have other statutory rights that vary by state.

Warranty Application Guidelines To apply for warranty replacement parts, please submit a warranty support ticket via Lordear official warranty page: https://lordear.com/pages/contact, and prepare the following materials:

  • Valid and dated proof of purchase (receipt or order record from an authorized Lordear dealer).
  • Accurate product model number, part number, and detailed description of defective parts.
  • Product defect photos or complete defective products for official inspection and verification (if required).

Standard processing time for warranty replacement parts is within 10 business days, subject to actual inventory availability. Temporary stock shortage may cause slight delays.

Shipping Regulation Free shipping coverage for warranty replacement parts is only valid within 30 days after the original purchase. After the 30-day period, all shipping fees for replacement parts shall be borne by the customer.

Full Warranty Service Requirements To obtain official warranty repair service, customers must provide: valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number issued by Lordear customer support, authorized purchase proof, and a detailed description of product failure symptoms.

All returned products must be properly and firmly packaged to avoid secondary damage during transit. Please use insured and trackable official shipping channels for return delivery to ensure shipment safety and dispute verification.

Return & After-Sales Shipping Rules After warranty maintenance is completed, repaired or replaced products will be returned via standard ground shipping for free to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. Expedited shipping service is available at an additional customer cost. Shipping fees for Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, Canada, and all overseas countries and regions are not covered by Lordear.

Warranty Service Rejection Rules Lordear has the right to reject warranty applications under the following circumstances: after official inspection, the product problem does not conform to warranty coverage terms; product damage is caused by improper customer packaging during return shipment. All shipping fees and losses arising therefrom shall be borne by the customer.

Discontinued Product Policy For discontinued products that cannot be repaired or replaced normally, Lordear will provide a proportional credit discount, which can be used for purchasing other equivalent Lordear new products.
