Order

Simply enter your promo code at the checkout page. The discount will be applied automatically to your order total.

Discount codes cannot be combined. Only one promo code is allowed per purchase.

Please check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see the confirmation email within 30 minutes.

If it’s still missing, reach out to us at support@lordear.com so we can confirm your order and resend the email. Sorry for any trouble caused.

You can update your order anytime before completing checkout by adjusting your shopping cart.

If you’ve already placed the order, please contact us within 24 hours at support@lordear.com, and we’ll try to accommodate your request before shipment.

Contact us at support@lordear.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we might be able to cancel it.

Once processing begins, cancellation isn’t possible. If you no longer want the item, please refuse delivery and mark the package “Return to Sender.” Remember to contact us before returning.

Notify us at support@lordear.com within 24 hours of placing your order to update the shipping address.

If the package has already shipped, we will send a replacement to the correct address and arrange for the return of the original shipment.

Shipping

Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States.

Orders shipped within the U.S. typically arrive within 5 to 7 business days after dispatch.

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking details.

If you experience any delays or cannot locate your package, please contact us at support@lordear.com, and we will assist you promptly.
