Returns Policy

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees in general cases. We will cover all return shipping expenses only if returns are caused by product defects, wrong items or other issues on our side.

We will process and complete all refunds within 5 to 7 business days after receiving and verifying your returned package. The actual fund arrival time is subject to your bank processing speed.
