Returns Policy

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees in general cases. We will cover all return shipping expenses only if returns are caused by product defects, wrong items or other issues on our side.

We will process and complete all refunds within 5 to 7 business days after receiving and verifying your returned package. The actual fund arrival time is subject to your bank processing speed.

To start a return request, please log into your account, find your order via Completed Orders under My Account, and click the Return Items button. An official refund confirmation email will be sent to you once the procedure is finished.
