Return Eligibility

All products are eligible for return within 3 months of delivery, provided they remain unused and uninstalled.

• Unopened, unused items are eligible for return.
• Items opened for inspection only are eligible, provided they have not been installed or used.
• Installed or used items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our support team so we can review the issue separately.

How to Request a Return

• Your order number.
• The reason for your return.
• The item's current condition.
• Photos showing any damage or product issue, if applicable.

Please contact us before sending your item back. We will review your request and provide the appropriate return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

Change-of-mind returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including returns due to ordering the wrong size or changing their preference.

Issues on our side: We cover return shipping costs when the return is caused by a product defect, an incorrect item, or another issue on our side.

Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The time it takes for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Please inspect your sink when it arrives and before installation. If it arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email support@lordear.com.

• Photos of the shipping box and packaging.

Please do not install a damaged or incorrect sink. Keep the original packaging while we review your case and provide the next steps.

Our products come with a 1-year warranty. If you experience a product issue, contact support@lordear.com for assistance.

Include your order number, product model, a description of the issue, and clear photos or a video where helpful. Our team will review your claim under the applicable warranty terms.

The warranty is separate from our 3-month return policy. It does not extend the change-of-mind return period.
