Return and Refund Policy
At Lordear, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. That's why we offer a range of warranties and guarantees to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.
All of our products come with a guarantee of quality and will exactly match the description on our website. The factories that supply Lordear are strictly evaluated by us, and we also have an in-house QC team to double-check the contents of all orders before they are dispatched to our customers. This means you can shop with confidence at Lordear, just as you would with any western retailer.
All of our warranties begin from the date the product is received. If a product develops a fault during the warranty period and the fault is due to a quality issue rather than breakage or misuse by the customer, we will accept a return.
7 Days Dead on Arrival (DOA) Guarantee
If your item arrives damaged or is not working, please contact our Support Center within 7 days of receiving your order. After returning the product to the address provided by our support team, we will either send you a new item free of charge (we will reimburse you for the return shipping cost), or you can choose a full refund. With our DOA guarantee, every single purchase is 100% risk-free when you shop at Lordear.
Special Notes:
Customers must first send a clear photo or video of the damaged or defective product and the shipping packaging before we can consider issuing RMA authorization. Please use good lighting and a close to medium distance so we can identify and verify the issue(s). Attachment size must be under 10MB, please send attachments to: support@lordear.com.
After Lordear has received the returned product and confirmed that it is faulty, the return shipping cost will be refunded based on a valid return receipt. For example, if the return shipping fee is 30 USD, Lordear will refund the same amount of 30 USD to the customer. If our technical team determines the item is not DOA, Lordear will not compensate the return shipping fee. Refund requests for a return shipping fee without a valid RMA return receipt slip will not be accepted.
Product returns must be via one of Lordear's approved shipping methods; our Support Center can provide you with further details.
30 Day Unconditional Refund Guarantee for Unopened & Unused Items
If for any reason you do not want your item within 30 days of receiving it, you may also contact us for a return and refund. Please note that in such cases, the return shipping fee is the customer's responsibility and is non-refundable. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused and unopened, in order to qualify for a product refund.
Missing Item(s), Wrong Item(s) or Incorrect Package Sent
Please be sure to open the parcel and carefully check the contents before signing for the package. For any issues, please carefully follow our warranty process to minimize any delays:
Contact our Support Center with your order number and the product code (SKU number).
Please send us a clear picture of the outer packaging, all shipping labels visible, and (if applicable) the item received.
Possible Solutions:
If there is a missing item, we will resend the missing item/accessory for free within the warranty period.
If we have shipped the wrong item: we will either refund you in full or dispatch an alternative item (if applicable and available). Lordear will decide whether you need to return the wrong product or not and compensate the return shipping fee when we receive it.

Warranty Exclusions:
a) The user voids the warranty if they:
Cause damage to the product due to accident, misuse, abuse, alterations or vandalism;
Fail to perform proper or adequate maintenance;
Make unauthorized modifications or use the product for commercial purposes;
Allow unsupervised use by children under 18 years of age.
b) Please contact our Support Center for assistance if you have any issues with your product. Our team will be happy to help you and provide guidance on how to properly use and maintain your product.
c) The warranty does not cover consumable parts, such as batteries, unless there is a failure due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
